Many of Myanmar Muslims benefited from sacrifice project implemented by the humanitarian fund of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, to coincide with the Eid al-Adha. That came along with payment for hajj pilgrimage for thousands of Muslims from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Central Africa, and Afghanistan.
According to the Organization’s statement, the project was carried out in different cities in those countries, in cooperation with United Nations High Commission of Refugees and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Humanitarian Affairs, and also help from charities in the Muslim world.
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, they organized hajj pilgrimage for the Muslims of the country, in Central Africa 10 thousand Muslims benefitted from the sacrificial feast, in several areas there were also cash bonuses distributed to group of children in the country, in order to bring joy to their hearts.
