“Eyewitness” .. documentary reveals the silence in the tragedy of the Muslims of Myanmar

“Eyewitness”, a documentary film from the Saaba Youm Egyptian newspaper, during which they observed the suffering of the Rohingya during his visit to the city of Cox-Bazar, Bangladesh, on the border bordering Myanmar. Thousands of Rohingya fled the massacres of the Myanmar army and Buddhist militias.
In addition to the visit of the delegation of Al-Azhar and the Council of Muslim Elders, headed by Dr. Abbas Shuman, Deputy of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, as deputy of the Grand Imam Dr. Ahmad al-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar, who postponed his visit after the incident of the Al-Rawda mosque, in which more than 300 innocent people were killed, where tons of food aid were distributed to them.
The film also sheds light on the daily life of the Rohingya camps, the extent of poverty and diseases and the catastrophic conditions they face, with the international inability to assist them, with some aid provided by relief organizations, and some bodies and institutions and the Red Crescent of a number of Muslim and European countries.
