Kuwait urges the international community to shoulder its responsibility towards the Rohingya

Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad Al-Sabah urged the international community to shoulder its responsibility and seek to protect the Muslim minority Rohingya in Myanmar.
This was at the opening of 43^rd session meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
He called on the new government of Myanmar to take steps to improve the situation of this minority community to build a more peaceful environment using socially cohesive steps.
