Kuwaiti Society provides medical relief services and houses for Rohingya

The Kuwaiti Society for Relief and Development has announced that it has completed medical relief services for Rohingya Muslims in the city of Akyab, capital of Arakan state in Myanmar.
The association published photographs and videos in its accounts on social networking sites about the medical clinic, 320 houses for Rohingya families in Arakan and also about the distribution of food baskets to Rohingya Muslims.
The Kuwaiti activist Ms. Sinan Ahmad, who is there in the video clip says “We have finished a medical clinic with simple things that are the best thing for them in these difficult circumstances as the local government allows,” she said.
According to the association, the shelter project was called “The First Kuwait Village Project in Myanmar” with the aim of sheltering Rohingya Muslims, with priority for widows and orphans.
According to the association, the cost of one house is 169 Kuwaiti dinars, calling everyone to contribute to this project.
