Ten houses were burned in the late hours of the night in a village of northern Choctaw in Arakan for some unknown reasons according to a source, the source added that the people in the village believe that unidentified Buddhists used a new technical method which is indescribable by the local populations, it is something that can be used from long distances they also added that no one was hurt from the burning of houses except for property damages.
On the other hand about four houses were burned down in the village of Nahiron; injuring some owners with minor burns, according to a correspondent however, he did not report anything about the cause of the fire.
It is noteworthy that many fires occurred in earlier times in a number of Rohingya villages and towns; what led to deaths and the displacement of hundreds of Rohingya people.
