A Rohingya man was killed by border guards in Arakan province of Myanmar after a brutal attack on Tuesday.
Activists told the Arakan news agency that the Rohingya man had fled his village to another place in Buthidaung after the recent events in August.
According to the activists, the man returned to his village to inspect his property, especially since he was considered to be in a good position compared to others. He had many possessions but members of the border guards beat him until he died and then threw him into a river inside the city.
Local residents retrieved the body after it was washed up the shores and bury it and performing the burial rites.
