The King Salman Relief Center said that as of late February, Rohingya refugees had been supported by more than $ 9 million through several charitable projects.
The Center published through its Twitter account a statistic stating that it implemented 6 projects with 3 partners with a total disbursement of 9,798,238 US dollars.
Projects supported included food security of $ 500,540, health for $ 2 million, water and environmental rehabilitation for $ 2,230,000, accommodation for $ 2 million, early recovery of $ 2.5 million and other sectors at $ 1,567,698.
It is noteworthy that the center provided many assistance to the Rohingya Muslims in Bangladesh and sent a delegation to investigate the situation and assess the humanitarian situation after the outbreak of the crisis last August.
