A delegation of the Jordanian Rohingya Relief Campaign distributed Monday the second batch of campaign aid to the refugees from Myanmar to Bangladesh.
The first phase of the campaign included blankets, mats, mosquito nets and coats for a family. The first batch, which was distributed on Sunday, included food items.
The Jordanian delegation arrived in the city of Cox-Bazar, bordering the Myanmar-Bangladesh border on Saturday, and the distribution of aid will end on Tuesday.
The Bangladeshi authorities estimate the number of Rohingya refugees at about 1 million in 12 camps.
