The death of a Rohingya man in Myanmar after being tortured in prison

Rohingya man has died of his wounds from the torture practiced by the Myanmar forces against him after he was arrested earlier on unknown charges.
A correspondent of ANA reported, that victim who was at his sixties was arrested together other five individuals – including two of his sons from the village of Tong Bazaar in Buthidaung.

Later his family was shocked as the authority called in to check government hospital to collect his body.
The correspondent added that the family found the body of the victim in tortured state with marks of stabs, but authorities forced the family to sign a paper indicating that the cause of death was natural while in prison.
The correspondent said that the family actually had to sign the paper to receive the body for burial.
