The International Organization Peace Without Borders formally adopted the Director of the Rohingya Media Center (RMC) and the head of the Arakan News Agency (ANA) Mr. Salah Abdul Shakour as its representative for the oppressed Rohingya minority in Myanmar.
The organization saw great efforts made by Salah Abdul Shakour for the cause of the Rohingya people, those have suffered waves of killings and persecution by the Myanmar army and Buddhist extremists as the organization followed the efforts of the media and rights exercised by the candidate since 2012, The news agency and author of a collection of books about Rohingya and visit to the refugees in countries like Bangladesh, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, in addition to hundreds of media and human rights posts, which made his candidacy to represent the organization for Rohingya.
It is worth mentioning that the organization Peace Without Borders is an international non-profit organization accredited by the United Nations as a legal entity with the number 18751. It is dedicated to the establishment of peace and brotherhood between the peoples of the world and the establishment of human rights and works to reject hatred, fight extremism and racism. Salah Abdul Shakour is the first representative of the Rohingya minority in the world.
