While visiting Indonesia for Rohingya Muslims director of RMC and ANA Mr. Salah Shakoor said Rohingya Muslims has described very serious violations and crime against humanity are exposed upon them in the state of Arakan in Myanmar, during interviews with refugees who have arrived in Indonesia’s Aceh province.
Salah further added that “these Refugees confirmed that they are in an excellent position for what they have suffered during their long journey, but expressed concerns about their families and their relatives those are still in the state of Arakan, and said: “We are here and we found everything, but we are tensed about our family back home in Arakan”.
Shakoor said that the shelter in which the refugees currently residing has become a place of pilgrimage for Indonesians who visits their Rohingya brothers and provide psychological support to them.
It is worth mentioning that a delegation from the Global Rohingya Center (GRC) has recently arrived in the Republic of Indonesia to inspect the Rohingya refugees in the islands they came up during the recent events, provided support and assistance to them in coordination and cooperation with a large number of relief and charitable organizations.
