Rohingya activists reported that the Government of Myanmar continues to manufacture false news and fabricate false accusations against the Rohingya and disseminate it through various media in application of its policy of disinformation in the face of serious facts, crimes and violations committed by the Myanmar army since it escalated incineration, murder and displacement against the Rohingyas in August 25.
In this context, the Government of Myanmar published interviews with Hindus after being informed of the statements made during those meetings of alleged attacks by the Rohingya on the basis of religious differences between the two parties.
According to a local observer, these government efforts, which he described as doomed to failure, coincide with the failure of the Myanmar government at the international level to justify the use of excessive violence against gross violations of Rohingya, as well as the growing international trend of condemning such violations and demanding accountability and justice.
