The Peace Society for Humanitarian and Charity Works in Kuwait has announced a selection of charity projects that the Society will implement within Myanmar to assist and relief the Rohingya people there.
The director general of the association Dr. Nabil Al-Oun said that these projects includes processing of a clinic in the form of a large bus equipped with medicines and devices to provide various types of health service for the Rohingya people, in addition to the project to build houses for the Rohingya families in Arakan province in Myanmar, which costs 240 dinars including all initial equipment.
Al-Oun confirmed that the association intends to set up a group of full residential complexes. The housing complex contains eight houses at a cost of 1920 dinars for the complex, indicating that 5,000 homes are urgently needed for poor families in Myanmar.
Last month, the association distributed food baskets to needy people from the Rohingyas and provided them with hundreds of food baskets and family ration, appealing to the people for more support to provide more medical and nutritional relief to the needy of the Rohingyas.
