Hundreds of demonstrators from different religions calls on the Government of Myanmar to achieve peaceful coexistence

About 300 people from different religions, including – students, teachers and government officials – participated in a peaceful demonstration in Mandalay Myanmar.

Agency correspondent reported that the demonstrators, which consists of Muslims, Christians and Buddhists demanded during the demonstration by providing real-democratic atmosphere and to achieve peaceful coexistence and stability for all the different religions, also called for standing strong against the instigators of violence and preaching hate against any religion.

The correspondent added that the demonstrators called on the Myanmar government to strive hard to launch a project to achieve reconciliation between the parties and the various warring groups in all parts of the country.
