Director-General of the Arakan Rohingya Union (ARU) Professor Waqar Uddin on Wednesday met with the Foreign Minister of the United States, Mr. John Kerry.
Wakar Uddin said in his tweet on his account in the social networking site “Twitter” that Kerry congratulations to the Muslim community in the United States on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
All these moves come in order to create diplomatic relations with decision-makers in the United States and the pursuit through it to resolve the issue of Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar.
It should be noted that Professor Waqar Uddin earlier met with a number of American and international officials and has talked with them to respect Rohingya case.
