Myanmar destroys mosques in Myanmar

Local news reported that local officials in Myanmar destroyed 16 mosques out of a total of 17 in a week between late November and December.


Villagers reported that the attacks extended to their holy places after their homes and indicated that the government of Myanmar had done nothing to prevent the destruction of mosques. They said local officials would also destroy the mosque later.
The report also said that a fire, unknown to date on Dec. 7, was reported in a camp inhabited by Muslims in Paktaw, without revealing the cause of fire.


It was reported that the security forces of the Myanmar army set fire to 4 Muslim houses in the village of Nakura.
The news pointed out that the sale of the objects that are raping Muslims in the markets, and pointed out that children can not go to school.
