Bangladesh found the bodies of 11 of the Rohingya on the banks of the River Naf

Bangladeshi authorities found the bodies of 11 Rohingyas who were drowned in the river Naf on Thursday as they fled “murder and displacement” in the western province of Arakan.
The two boats drowned in the morning hours as a group of Arakan Muslims attempted to cross the Naf River, Bangan Das, a Bengali security official, said.
Das added that each boat carrying about 25 people, indicating the presence of a child under the age of two, among the victims.
Since August 25th, the Myanmar army has committed genocide against the Rohingya Muslims in Arakan.
There is no clear statistics on the victims of the genocide, but on August 28th, the European Rohingya Council announced the killing of between 2,000 to 3,000 Muslims in the Arakan Army attacks in three days.
The UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) announced on Tuesday that more than 123,000 Rohingyas from Arakan have fled to Bangladesh because of recent abuses.
