Dozens of Rohingya Muslim families have left their homes in a new wave of exodus from Arakan to Bangladesh.
The videos, obtained by the Arakan news agency, showed dozens of families fleeing to Bangladesh carrying some light baggage.
According to reporters’ estimates, the number of those who went out is about 500, with 108 families, including women and children.
A new wave of mass exodus has begun in Arakan province after violence against them has increased in several areas and villages of the state, with at least 300 Muslim homes burnt in the border town of Maungdaw and Tambro, Buthidaung and others.
