The fire broke out on Thursday afternoon in a neighborhood inhabited by Rohingya Muslims northern city of Buthidaung west of Arakan State, resulting in the occurrence considerable material damage to property and homes.
The agency correspondent said that the fire burned one school curriculum and one mosque but the numbers of homes those were burned are still not exact as locals said its between 30 to 50 homes in addition to the three domesticated cows which were used for plowing and agriculture are also lose in this misfortunate.
The cause of the fire is uncertain yet with one local says that it was a result of fire related to cooking inside the huts.
