URGENT: Myanmar army breaks into new villages in Arakan and Rohingya defends themselves

A number of military vehicles of the Myanmar army have launched a massive wave of arrests in Rohingya areas over the past two months, according to Arakan News Agency sources.
After midnight on Thursday, army and border guards raided the villages of Rohingyas and locals reports about hearing successive explosions and gunfire.

The Rohingyas defended themselves in response to the ongoing aggression. The sources reported that clashes between the army and Rohingya civilians caused casualties that the Agency has yet to obtain. For accurate information thereon.
