A Rohingya Teacher was exposed to severe attacks in Mambra eastern of Arakan State with a sharp object by a young Buddhist extremists.
The correspondent reported that the Rohingya teacher was on his way to teach school boys, while a number of young Buddhist extremist assaulted him by machine cutting iron “scissors”, and then fled when Rohingya residents tried inform the police of the incident.
One of the locals said “These sorts of incidents has happened earlier too on Rohingya by Buddhists extremists with different tools. He added, the situation here has become very scary and disturbing to the people to a large extent under the lawlessness, which is compounded by the day and under the insistence of the authorities to ignore these incidents.
